Laguna Quilotoa is just one of the highlights of the area. But it is a must see! You can do so many activities right there. 1. Hike down to the water and rent a kayak and paddle the circumference of the lake and ride a mule back up. 2. Hike all around the crater rim reaching heights of up to 12,800 feet - 3,900 meters. It takes 4-6 hours. 3. Hike part way around the crater rim and then head down through the canyon and up to Chugchilan, also 4-6 hours.

Esta laguna queda fuera de Quito, a unas dos horas saliendo del Terminal Terrestre de Carcelén. Se tiene que viajar desde la mañana. Seguramente será uno de los lugares más hermosos que conocerás!!!
