If you're looking for a real Asado, argentinian style, not gourmet but really traditional, I recommend you to visit the Parilla "Los Talas del Entrerriano" in San Isidro, Buenos Aires. Although it's an hour away from the city center, you're going to find a very simple but huge and typical parrilla where barbecue is its specialty since 1985.

increible parrilla con carne, lena y produccion propia, el mejor lechon que se puede comer, la carne increible, precios super buenos, porciones gigantes. solo efectivo, consultar dias abierto.
