New name now "Spring" but same owners a couple of local bar entrepreneurs...also owns Varnish mentioned above - here the food is the hero and the cheese fondue to share is unique.

This place is worth checking out, it is a refurbished 1910 flour mill. Now home to a bar/cafe/art gallery/shop. Great coffee. Rooftop space to enjoy drinks and food. good beer menu
