A small wagashi Japanese sweet shop tucked away in the corner of Akihabara. They’re famous for their age manju—fried sweet bean bun, also available for takeout—and various other Japanese sweets. The interior is very traditional and requires you to take off your shoes, depending on where you end up sitting. The building itself is over 100 years old. Try to avoid going on Saturdays, that is when they are most busy. Instead, go on a weekday, either in the late afternoon or near dinnertime.
