Driving on Highway 1 south bound from Marina to Monterey, you will see a series of coastal dunes on your right. It's a must see. One way to go there is taking Lake Dr. in Marina. First take Palm Ave towards the ocean and then turn left on Lake Dr. Plan to spend 2 to 3 hours.
