Kansas Smitty's

Since we opened two years ago, Smitty’s has grown into the friendly local jazz bar we’d imagined. By day it’s a rehearsal space for the Kansas Smitty’s House Band. By night it’s home to a revolving cast of London’s best jazz musicians and artists from all genres, who perform in the basement bar. Get down early if you want a seat at the front. We were initially known for our julep-only menu, but since then have expanded the cocktail list. A popular drink is Hard Times, made with bourbon, Nocello, and Bold Spirit aperitif. It’s named after a Ray Charles song. Ask nicely and we’ll put the record on while you drink it.
