They have great american/asian fusion cuisine. It's my favorite for sushi!

Earth's Kitchen is an amazing, new Japanese Asian fusion resturant! They have a delicious and interesting menu ranging from sushi and noodle dishes to burgers and steak. They feature plenty of gluten free items on their menu as well! Keep in mind that they are a BYOB, so grab a six pack or bottle of wine before you dine!
