The museum in downtown Fenton includes an extensive genealogy room cataloging residents of Fenton and the surrounding area including cemetery records for much of Genesee County. The museum also displays vintage TVs, photography equipment and military items from the Civil War, the Spanish-American War, WWI, WWII and Vietnam, including the sword given to Col. Wm Fenton by the City of Flint when he took command of the 8th Michigan Volunteer Infantry Regiment during the Civil War.
