A danish specialty called "Smørrebrød" or simplified "open faced sandwiches". This restaurant is in thee higher end of the price range, but definately worth a visit if the hunger presents itself.

The food is full of flavor, always follows the season in question and is based on Nordic ingredients such as chanterelles.
