This lighthouse is located in the southwestern point of Madeira, several hundred meters high with breathtaking views over cliffs that dive right into the ocean. On clear days, this is likely one of the best places possible for watching the sun set.

The most Westerly tip of this great Island, soon to be easier to access with the new road under construction.... The views of the coastline here are breathtaking, and the area's sunsets are just stunning.
