Built in 1913 and restored in 1935 and more recently in 2017 it was one of the first purpose built cinemas in Scotland. It is the only remaining example of an Atmospheric theatre in Scotland.

This wee gem of a cinema is one of Scotland’s first purpose built cinemas dating from 1913 and remodelled in 1931 and has recently been restored to its former glory. It’s well worth a trip if the weather takes a turn for the worst.
