The park across the street has beautiful trails on the back side of the athletic fields. Perfect for a quickly little half mile "hike".

This nearby park has ball fields, kid's play equipment and lots of grass. This is a good spot to access the Cross Kirkland Corridor, which is a 5-mile rails-to-trails conversion popular with walkers, runners and cyclists.
