Left hand side when walking North on the main road. Great setting on the river, affordable and interesting Thai and some western food, coffee, smoothies and cakes. Great place.

MATA Coffee is not far from CM Friend's House. Just an 8 minute walk or a short hop on a scooter. They have great WIFI and good coffee and cakes, but the highlight on their menu is "MATA Tea", ranging around 30-60 baht a drink. Try it and savor it for yourself! ^_^
