While there's tons of Vietnamese restaurants along Federal, Tony's always has great food and quick service. Get the combo rice platter for a variety of delicious grilled meats and big portions!

Located on Federal, Tony's Pho competes against countless other Viatnamese restaurants but always manages to take the lead. My personal recommendation is the medium combination Pho.
