Snow factory is a really cool experience for adults and kids! They homemake the ice cream in front of you, and chisel it into rolls, like fruit rollup rolls. It's kind of hard to explain until you see it. If you don't pick a sweet flavor, it won't be super sweet. Literally whatever you pick is what is put in it to make it, they don't all have the same sweet ice cream base. If you like thai ice tea, try their thai flavored roll! Warning, there's not a lot of seats here and they're usually full. Also, this is in the Loop. That means traffic on Delmar is usually super slow. You'll want to find parking in one of the free lots behind the stores on the north side of Delmar.
