Interested in bringing home a special souvenir? Fuchs Holzschnitzkurse in Brienz offers a 2-hour class on Tuesday evenings from June-October where you can carve your own wooden cow! Sign up at the Tourist Information Center in Meiringen by 5pm on Monday. It costs Fr. 35, and goes from 6 - 8pm. Anyone 12+ can carve their own cow; younger participants can paint a cow.
