This is my favorite yoga studio in Oakland. Adesina, the owner, is a ball of energy. Her and her staff will whoop you into shape with 1-hour long classes set to rhythmic, fun playlists.

Addy is the friendliest, funniest yoga teacher around. Great instructor--easy going yet offers challenges. She has a special for new students.
