A very nice local park with trails that lead down to the river.

Only one mile from Tenney Cottage, these lovely wooded trails border the Penobscot River. Walk the main trail all the way to the river where you will find a large outcropping perfect for sitting and watching the fish jump, eagles soaring, and ducks happily living on the river.
