It has 25 Ha spread over three communes: Cellettes, Chitenay and Fougères S/Bièvre. The entire vineyard is organic farming since 2000 for parcels of Cellettes and Chitenay, and since 2008 for parcels of Fougères s/ Bievre, exploited since that year. This vineyard work is followed by gentle vinification without inputs, except for a small dose of sulfur when bottling.
