Kosher, vegan, and gluten-free, Erin McKenna is great if you have dietary constraints. Their cookies, muffins, cakes, cupcakes, loaf cakes, and donuts are done prettily in pinks, light blues, and greens. The loaf cakes are especially on point. They substitute eggs with fruit in their recipes, and I think that’s why their pastries are so phenomenal. You have to try the banana chocolate chip loaf cake, plus the pumpkin one. Both are so moist, so dense!
