SARATOGA NY: Highly recommend if you are in Saratoga to eat at Scallions. It is uniquely decorated with art work and has fabulous food. Reservation highly required.

Nice spot for breakfast or lunch with outdoor dining. They are also open for dinner. Child-friendly.
