My favorite New York State Park - fabulous view, kayaking, canoeing, fishing - beautiful lake! Small day use fee.

Great place to spend a day. Hike, bike, kayak (rentals available) two beach areas to choose from and some great hiking around the lake or venture out onto the state hiking trails.

Great place to rent boats, kayaks, SUPs during the summer. Marked hiking trails all around the area. Our all time favorite is the escarpment trail starting at the site of the old "Catskill Mountain House". Follow it north to Artist Rock and North point. The vistas cannot be beat. On a clear day 8 states....
