This is one of the oldest but greatest milktea place on Bellaire. I love their price range and a variety of choices. You can choose from Milktea to Vietnamese traditional coffee, snacks... My favorite drinks are Royal Milktea with Lychee Jelly, Royal Artichoke, and Smashed Avocado ...
