Toi is one of two flea markets in Nairobi. It’s a big open air market full of informal stalls selling clothes. The items here come from Gikomba market in Eastlands, which is ground zero for second hand clothes in the city, but Toi is a little easier to navigate. Toi market can be a bit overwhelming, so we’d recommend heading there after you’ve already checked out a few Kenyan designer boutiques. Then, you’ll have an idea of the street style here and then pick out your clothes with that in mind!
