Likely one of Vancouver’s best kept secrets, Hida Takayama Ramen is a no-frills experience for Ramen purists. Located inside the Robson Square Market, this little gem is the only ramen restaurant in the city who makes their noodles in house with premium-grade Ramen flour imported from Japan. Their broth takes three days to prepare, and contains no MSG. The Chashu (pork slices) here is generously portioned, super-delicious, and tender.

Possibly the best ramen in Vancouver, but don't come for the atmosphere... it's in a food court! The white sesame ramen is otherworldly.
