The best whole food shop in the local area, in the nearby town of Wareham. Owner Eric has known Geoff for many decades (he and Geoff often stop to put the world to rights). There are vegan cakes, a fantastic range of nuts and dried fruits, plus often a ready-to-eat slice of chickpea and spinach pie (to take away) in the fridge at the back. If you're looking for something vegan to cook simply (other than tofu, of course), this is the place to pick up tempeh from the freezer section.
