The Restaurant at the Boonville Hotel

It’s in the Boonville Hotel, and if ever you have a chance, go eat there and spend the night if you can. It’s owned by Johnny Schmidt. His mom and dad owned the French Laundry before Thomas Keller—they sold it to Thomas Keller. And he is an oyster lover. If you are experiencing California and go past Sonoma and are on your way up the coast to Mendocino, take Highway 128, stop in Boonville, and hang out here. On Sundays they do a paella night, and they do an oyster bar. I would definitely hit that.
