Funky cafe/bar with friendly owners and varied food and drinks menu. Sometimes live music. Check opening hours first.

The Low Road Cafe, a super cute kitschy cafe nestled next to Windsor station, is a compulsory whistle stop for hungry commuters and anyone else passing through the area. For here, behind some giant cut out pink palm trees, lies what would have to be the best food and coffee to be found on this side of the tracks. Everything is cooked and baked on site by Naomi and gang, from the smoky beans that star in the signature breakfast to the daily cakes and sweets such as nectarine and sultana muffins or banana coconut bread. Breakfast is an all day affair and while it's all delicious, stand outs are the breakfast salad of lemony haloumi, dukkah egg, grilled asparagus and mushrooms or the Low Roa
