The citybeach of Alkmaar! Drink a nice beer at the sunny terrace, overlooking the city center. Also available for lunch or diner. Great for kids as well: you can enjoy your drink, while they play in the sand. Don't forget to bring some toys for the sand.

Outdoor "Beach" Bar on the main canal in Alkmaar. This is a popup bar/cafe that only opens in summer. Great spot for a light snack and a cup of coffee (or a cold beer). They have sand toys for the kids too

This is a great place to go to on a sunny day! Feet in the sand, cocktails and cold beers and a laidback atmosphere. Love going here!
