Perfect matching wine with the degustation. Fantastic food and perfect service. The food is quite expensive so prepare to splurge here, I highly recommend the King fish and the dessert menu.

Gastronomie. Try the dessert that is immersed in liquid nitrogen. $9 for 3 bite sized pieces of honeycomb, tiramisu icecream and something else we cannot recall.
