In the back of the grocery store is a small café where they make great home made soups, pasteries, and smoothies. We love their sweet potato/lentil soup with cornbread and a green smoothie.

Natural Food market if looking for organic and more specialty items (super foods, etc.) Also, great cafe with delicious smoothies and wraps, etc.!
