Beach at the king kam with Kona Boys renting SUP and Kayaks. Easy way to enter and try ocean sports as the lagoon is very calm.

Great ocean swimming and snorkeling along the Ironman swim course. Follow the buoys and other swimmers. Best in the mornings. Dolphins are sometimes out here. Get in the water from the small patch of sand to the left of the pier.

Local in town beach with soft sand, bathrooms, shower, rentals for paddle boards, kayaks, long boards. Abc store right there as well to pick up food and drinks to picnic as well as restaurants across the street. You can leave your gear and enjoy lunch with views.

This is where Ironman happens. Small beach next to the king kamehameha hotel. You can rent paddle boards from Kona boys. Cruise ship comes every Wednesday and it gets really crowded.
