An amusement park within the city centre BUT which also has a lovely garden and restaurants/cafes that create the perfect settings for a walk or a cosy time out.
Copenhagen Central station. If you are travelling to or from Copenhagen by train, you'll most likely be going here. As one of the oldest amusement park it's worth a visit. You don't need to try any rides for a nice experience.
This is one of the oldest gardens of it's kind, and since 1843 it has drawn People to se the magical attractions, flowers and lights. Tivoli is the most popular attraction in Copenhagen and all ways worth a visit.
Tivoli is a really beautiful amusement park with a lot of flowers. Go early in the morning as it gets quit crowded.
A truly lovely garden at all times of year. i particularly love the tulips in spring. Do walk around and see all the different areas. There are also rides and lots of restaurants. They have very fair prices - especially for Tivoli, and if you're lucky and the weather is decent, you can sit right on the lake. It is called "Søcafeen". On Saturdays from June to August there are fireworks right in the middle of the park just before closing time.
