One of the most idylic and beautiful spots at the coastline of Denmark. There is a romantic pebble beach, and it is usually easy to find a place far away from other people, if you want to swim or sunbathe. Beware of undertow there is no phone connection and no lifeguard.

Great nature experience, the Holtug chack pit, was still active until 1972. With an outstanding and broad variety of rare and preserved plants a good place to look for fossils too.

An exciting man-made area where, until 1972, chalk was excavated. In the quarry there are a large number of rare and protected plants, amphibians and reptiles. Et spændende, menneskeskabt naturområde, hvor der indtil 1972 blev gravet efter kalk og kridt. I bruddet findes en lang række sjældne og fredede planter, padder og krybdyr. Med lidt held er det også et godt sted at finde fossiler.
