Locally sourced, fresh ingredients and the best Mexican place for vegetarians, vegans, and other dietary restrictions. They have "al pastor" jackfruit nachos! It's located at the edge of the Eureka municipal golf course. Open WED - FRI 9am - 5:45pm, SAT 9am - 6:45pm, & SUN 9am - 5pm.
