About ten minutes by foot from the campsite, you’ll find the Oostendorper Watermolen, a traditional watermill that is still used to manage waterfles in the area. It is a great and historic place to visit. Kids often love a visit to the watermill, especially on wednesday and saturday between 14.00 and 17.00 when the mill is operational. It is very interesting to take a look inside and see how it all works. Next to the watermill you’ll find a restaurant with nice outdoor seating overlooking the mill. It is possible to eat and drink here for a reasonable price. Let your kids take their bike as a pathway runs from the Mill back and forth along the river in a vehicle free area.
