SWEAT PROJECT offers GROUP TRAINING CLASSES, HIITYASA, SWEAT60, TURNUP DANCE, AND PERSONAL TRAINING IN OUR INFRARED HEATED FITNESS STUDIO. I personally have not attended classes here but I have heard great things from others who attend class. The first class is free and they accept walk-ins. If you are looking for a place to work out while you are in the area you might want to check them out.
