Pretty boating village with The Griffin pub and Dale Yacht Club. Popular for wind surfing, yachting and walking. Muddy beach when the tide is out, popular for catching fishing bait.

Dale is the stoniest of the beaches but is ideal for windsurfing or sailing. The rock pools on the left often have a lot of interesting sea life. The pontoon is ideal for children to do crab fishing from and lines are on sale in the shop off the café.

2021, Voted the best pub in Dyfed, The Griffin Inn, and they're not wrong. Overlooking the pontoon at the sheltered village of Dale. There is always something to watch in this sailing community, from the sea wall. A perfect view for a pint. Yacht club also serves good food and drinks. Crabbing off the pontoon is a must for young and old alike. Easy parking in the large car park. Access to west Dale beach.
