Great sushi, located near market zone. It's been around as long as I started biz travel to Nagoya area over 15yrs ago. Always the same Taishyo and mama san working there. His skill is like an art and nothing like cheaply mass produced sushi, he has just the right grip and sushi tastes just oh so heavenly. Drinks are well chilled and served in nice little icy cold glass and always and endlessly filled throughout the evening. Great dining experience sitting next to salary man on business dinner, hostess having dinner before the shift, or a lonely traveler lost in translation, this is just oh so Anthony Bourdain moment. It is very pricy but you get what you pay for!
