It’s not strictly vegan, but this inner-west restaurant in Marrickville does have the best vegan pho in Sydney. The dish is so authentic—it’s not easy to get that depth of flavour in the broth. They also have vegan spring rolls and rice-paper rolls, which are also delicious. It’s worth coming here for just a handful of vegan offerings. The restaurant next door, Hello Auntie, also serves a couple of tasty vegan dishes. I’m a fan of the Vietnamese pancakes and khot—pikelets—and of course the pho.

Eat Fuh is a local’s favourite for the hearty broth. Spiced with star anise, cardamom, cloves, cinnamon and ginger, the aromatic pho will have you begging for seconds (choice of chicken, rare beef or flank)
Very nice Vietnamese food. Try the lemongrass chicken rice paper rolls, delicious!
Delicious authentic Vietnamese pho in the heart of Marrickville. Flavourful and rich broth, perfectly cooked rice noodles and tender beef - topped with basil, bean sprouts, chilli and lemon juice.
Yum - duh! If you didn't already know, Marrickville has a kind of Greek/Vietnamese heritage. So you will find tons of Greek & Vietnamese everything.
