For the minimalist coffee connoisseur and coffee drinking experience. I frequent low pigeon when I don’t want to talk to anyone and just enjoy some incredible home roasted coffee. Occasionally they’ll have popups for food but they focus on coffee and don’t get hung up on pastries and the like.
