A 35 minute drive from The Old Church you can experience the wonders of the dark night sky.
This place is a bit of a drive at night but offers an awesome experience of stargazing through an enormous telescope.
Trips must be pre-booked. A great place to view the night sky with an elevated viewing platform and two powerful telescopes which the public can use. Best time to visit is autumn/winter when skies are very dark.
