Beautiful views, crystal clear waters. However, Rocks can make it difficult to walk
About 1.5 Hour away but definitely worth the day trip if you're so far up north already! One of many protected areas along the Bruce Peninsula, Little Cove is distinguished by an exceptionally rugged Lake Huron shoreline. Natural features include barrens, scrub cliffs, palisade woodlands, and karst pavements. Karst pavements are limestone surfaces with potholes and twists caused by natural, acidic erosion. Little Cove contains part of the St. Edmunds Cove. This park is part of the Niagara Escarpment Parks System, and the Niagara Escarpment Biosphere Reserve. It is located within the boundaries of the Bruce Pennisula National Park. There are overhangs, high rocky cliffs, sea caves, dolomite shores, and cobble beaches for visitors to explore, with the caution that much of the natural habitat is fragile. Camping is not permitted in the reserve.

Fancy a dip? A wonderful place to take in the water and the sights of beautiful Tobermory.
The clearest most beautiful blue water can be found everywhere in Tobermory but one of the best places to view and enjoy this gorgeous water is Little Cove beach! An all white rock beach surrounded with trees and hiking paths. A great place to spend the day or just a few hours.
