Cyclism themed coffee place. It is right at one of the entrances to the old city center. Summer mornings here are the best since you can sit on the sidewalk under the shade of trees. The vibe you get there is as if you're in the most beautiful and rich part of Bucharest since you are surrounded by big old buildings with history.
