Ffynone is a beautiful, secluded waterfall that you can swim in on the river Dulas in the Cwm Cych valley. It is reputed to be the entrance to the Celtic other world "Annwn" mentioned in the first branch of the Mabinogion, where Pwyll, Prince of Dyfed, spent a year and a day in a stanger's court. It is near Newchapel, a small village on the B4332 in Pembrokeshire, close to Cenarth.
