You can choose your fish at the market on the corner and then just have Uncle La-Lay cook it up for you with rice and other Pinoy dishes. Uncle La-Lay’s is a stall located in the middle of the boulevard, and is a classic place to kill time while the sun goes down. This place also turns into a karaoke strip at night, so if you want to continue hanging out like a local, feel free to grab a mic.
