This brewery is in a converted school just outside of Simcoe. Their beer is superb and they have super interesting food on offer! Just make sure if you are ordering food you've got time as they tend to be a "slow food" option! Worth the wait though! There are board games in the tap room to pass the time!

Microbrewery with bistro style restaurant, they have a line up from dark, blonde, IPA, and different seasonal beers to keep you guessing. Known for having a selection in light beer 5.5 all the way to 10.5.
