Nearest Cafe. They also sell fresh bread to take away (remember you can buy half a bread in pretty much all bakeries in Iceland)

The main reason I recommend this is that it is very near the flat. They have a special breakfast and lunch offer, their choice of pastry is quite good and their filter coffee is quite standard.
