I'm pretty picky about stuff, and there are a few things that don't impress me about this place, which I won't mention here. But there are a few things that I find very impressive: their customer service is impeccable, you get a free sample of Italian ice while you wait for your sandwich, and the reuben is quite good (when it's made right). Oh, and their stuffed pepper soup is off-the-charts amazing, which is strange because all of their other soups are quite bad.
