A peaceful place to watch the waves roll into the Bay. There are restrooms, park benches, and picnic tables.
The fact this island was once part of the land, the city, and was destroyed by a Tsunami. Devastation is obvious but it is amazing how life comes back through rebirth.
Take a walk in Liliuokalani Park and Gardens and then hop over the footbridge to Moku Ola, one of Hilo's most popular spots for a picnics, family gatherings, fun events, volleyball in the grass, and soaking up the sun.
